Oh, I HATE that! I get to dine out so rarely, and it seems like every damn time I do, there is either an obnoxious drunk, someone screaming into their cell phone, or a whole table of loud bratty kids - and whichever it is, they are always seated right next to me!

Hope the food was at least good!
