Goodbye Osaka (for now)

Today i head off to Kyoto for 3 nights :) i stay at a Ryokkan (did i spell that right?) across of the main giant Koyto temple!

I should have internet there, but it isnt gareenteed.

Last night i read some of the porn from my spoils, the 58 ones were rather tame disapointed about that but i still have almost another 3 weeks to find some ones that arent ;)

The tiger bunny ones were great, will need to scan them for u guys somehow... now sure how XD

I also read the latest finder ;) well if u know finder like i do the word "smut" sums it up, especially when its in japanese and i have no idea what theyre saying haha. Ive forgotten the main dudes name but he needs a sign saying "butt out for hire" on the back of him!!!

Heres the Takoyaki i promised to photo, it was a bit mushed around in the box when i got to it but please dont let that make u think that this isnt THE BEST takoyaki in the world!

today as per usual i had my japanese style breakfast and i saw this XD

LOL Sarad!! XD i know why its like that but it doesnt make it any less funny XD

Also this is the sound of the Cicadas in the morning. (hope this works)(it didnt so click the link if u wanna hear/watch)

Im off now to drag my shopping (from yesterday) to the station to post :) and then to back and off to kyoto!

So do you have to buy doujinshi sight unseen? That's too bad.

Have a safe trip to Kyoto.

Wow, those cicadas are even louder than the ones around here!

Our weather is supposed to be pretty similar to the weather in that region of Japan, too.

Wow, those cicadas are crazy-loud! The ones around here are loud but not eardrum shattering like that, haha.

I hope you're having fun so far, hun!

Since you asked, ryokan only has one k. Does the ryokan you're going to have an onsen as well? If you're wearing a yukata there make sure you get a photo of yourself, I want to see ^_^. That looks like the Hercules of takoyaki you've got there! Have a good time in Kyo! (I've been watching Ryoma-den again).

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 08:24 am (UTC)(link)
Yes the tiger and bunny ones were good. I come join me next time ^_^

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 08:25 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah the new ones eg tiger bunny have one page example on the backs. But none of the saiyuki ones do, u have to litrually judge the book by it's cover XD

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 08:27 am (UTC)(link)
Really then my heart goes to u I'm melting woman melting!! U must be too!!!

I'll judge Kyoto cicadas tomorrow lol!

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 08:28 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah we have them in Australia too but they chirp at night not the morning and no where near the ones in Osaka!! I'm tired from heat but I'm having a blast!!

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 08:31 am (UTC)(link)
They done really have an onsen but the place in fuji does! Richie if I wear that yukata ull see too much, remember that heat rash insedent, worse than that!

Crickets! That's awesome.

Glad you're having a good time.

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 11:44 am (UTC)(link)
Is crickets what they call cicadas in england? I though they were different things @_@ now I'm confused.

[identity profile] kispexi2.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 11:45 am (UTC)(link)
I have no idea! I thought they were the same, but I'm no expert.

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 12:00 pm (UTC)(link)
FRom the crickets I know, there snallish and green or sometimes brown, cicadas are giant things they're huge lol I can't show u a pic cause I'm not brave enough to get near one lol (don't like bugs) but I encourage u google away!!

[identity profile] kispexi2.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 12:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah, yes. U iz right. Crickets are more like our grasshoppers. Cicadas are the big winged things. The things you learn on the internet! (And I've even SEEN cicadas, so I have no excuse.)

[identity profile] helliongoddess.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 01:04 pm (UTC)(link)
Yup, chomiji is right -- those do sound like East Coast U.S. summer cicadas - they sound like the ones here, too. And the Osaka weather does sound like the weather where I live (and I'm a couple hundred miles south of her.) Hot, hot, hot, and humidity you can cut with a knife.

Glad you're having such a good time!

[identity profile] nomore-noless.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 01:14 pm (UTC)(link)
The cicadas sound like the ones we have over here. There's usually one or two in the backyard in the summer, but I haven't heard any yet this year. I like the sound (just don't like to see them up close, haha).

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Lol u have a perfect excuse they're both bugs that make a loud noise same thing :p

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 09:32 pm (UTC)(link)
Thanks :) ^_^ if only u could actually cut humidity *wants to cut and stab it*

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-09 09:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Lol not a bug fan either ey? Don't blame ya there big and ugly XD

[identity profile] nomore-noless.livejournal.com 2011-08-10 02:44 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, almost all bugs creep me out! Except the nice ones, like butterflies and moths and bumblebees. And crickets aren't bad. If I ever saw one of those New Zealand crickets (wetas?) it'd scare the hell outta me, though!

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-10 11:09 am (UTC)(link)

:/ how do moths not creep u out :s I'm moth phobic they're nasty little buggers

[identity profile] veronicacode.livejournal.com 2011-08-16 11:39 am (UTC)(link)
Those takoyaki seems delicious!*ç*

[identity profile] rachel-reicheru.livejournal.com 2011-08-17 07:42 am (UTC)(link)
