rachel_riecheruI work in customer service and so I know in my job we take all survey feedback very seriously.
Today I received an email from Apple *Evil scary Hakkai Grin* asking me to fill in a feedback survey in regards to my recent visit to the Apple store to have my iPhone replaced. Usually I don't bother with these things, but today I felt nah bugger it lets give a piece of my mind.
Hehehehe... I hope that particular survey goes back to that store is is throughly investigated as to why they were so bloody fail! If it doesn't meh, it was a good vent anyway!
